“Creative” Direct Marketing Results

Situation:  Create a small yet powerful direct marketing campaign the could show measurable results.
 
Execution and Strategy:  A custom box was made with a creative slogan “Sometimes a slice of…” and then inside the box was the rest of the text that read …”Creativity is all it takes..”
The box went on to explain the many benefits they will receive in working with us.  The box included a custom engraved pizza cutter with the recipients name lasered into the handle.  This box along with a medium pizza was delivered to a select group of highly desired prospects (so there is no waste) and was delivered to get their attention, educate them on our company and secure appointments.
 
Results:  Generated almost 100% response rate!

Creative Piece Design to Open More New Accounts

Goal:  Increase Membership

Previously: Customer would spend $5,000 sending Postcards to get new members. They would normally get 2 new members.  Cost to acquire a member was $2,500.

Instead: 250 Creative Marketing Packages created and sent to highly qualified list – custom box, tennis ball, and 1 full week membership card to use as much as they wanted for the full week.  Promotion generated an incredible 20% response rate. Club got  50 new visitors which turned into 38 new members!

We lowered the cost to acquire a new member from approximately $2,500.00 each and reduced it down to $132.00 per new member!

Creative Piece Design to Open More New Accounts

Originally the Customer just wanted refrigerator magnets.  After finding out they wanted to increase their collision shop business I created a custom magnet Band-Aid.

Each one was color coded and were used by employees to place on damaged cars they came across letting the owner know .. We are sorry you had an accident, but we can make your car look new again”!  When people came in with the magnet, they got something special as did the person who put it on the vehicle which was easily determined by the imprint color of the magnet.  Very fun and successful program
